Britta has set up since spring that summer end in France. Coming from Germany with Marius, they discovered the French South Atlantic Coast, road-trip way. She left us her feelings on the roadbook:
“August 17th: St Jean d’Illac, heading Lacanau Ocean, dinner at “Au Jardin”, street sports shows, wonderful waves, night on North beach carpark.
August 18th: Carcans Plage, morning at the beach, which is huge… Afternoon at the Bassin d’Arcachon, first in Andernos then Arès… Few oysters bought, dinner and night in Audenge, at La Gracette carpark.
August 19th: heading Le Teich and Gujan Mestras, La Hume and Arcachon: very nice! Macarons and Canelés bought from the farmers market, then we hit back the road to La Dune du Pyla, few little towns crossed, before heading toward Biarritz and La Salie beach. Evening and night in Biarritz, dinner on the beach.
August 20th: Misty and cloudy morning, shopping in the afternoon, outlet shop in Soortz-Hossegor, to buy some Roxy’s red sunglasses. We got back on the road to Mimizan Plage, sunset, setting-up along the beach, dinner and little stroll in the village”
Here is a little trip which seems it has pleased Britta and Marius! They think about North Atlantic Coast for next year
